Water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) is a plant that contains natural fibers in which there lignocellulose consisting of lignin, hemicellulose and cellulose. The hydrolysis process can break cellulose polymers into their constituent sugar monomers. Glucose be used as an energy source for ruminants. This study aims to determine the crude fiber content water plants concentration glucose hydrolyzate component hyacinth. research method descriptive quantitative, namely analysis substances with Weende procedure test acid (HCl). It was repeated 6 times roots leaves. results showed minerals 43.8% leaves 29.4%. at root 12.05 mol/kg glucose. presence has potential ruminant feed proper application feed. Analisis data statistik Dilakukan kali ulangan atas bagian akar daun tanpa pengambilan mineralnya.Data hasil menunjukan kandungan mineral sebesar 43,8 % 29,4 %. dalam 14,70 12,05 glukosa.
